Prior to receiving a BA in Psychology and History, MBA, MS in Psychology, PhD in Psychology (Organizational Consulting Specialization) and a Postdoctoral Certificate in Business Administration (Leadership Specialization), Bill Ragan, Photographer, an industry leader in digital imaging methods, learned photography through formal class work and private training, and on the job as a professional photojournalist in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Ragan considers himself a photographic historian, documenting events as they occur for the future to someday more fully appreciate the conditions of the times we now live in.
